Use SaveKit thoughtfully.

SaveKit lets you publish HTML, ZIP static sites and images to shareable URLs, collect optional forms and view analytics. Provide accurate information, protect credentials and API tokens, and do not create accounts to evade a suspension or abuse the service.

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant SaveKit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, cache, scan, technically transform, moderate and display content as needed to operate and secure the service. A separate Showcase choice is required for public marketing use. You must own or have permission for everything you submit.

Do not host malware, phishing, scams, spam, illegal material, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, infringement, exploit code intended to harm others, or content violating sanctions/export controls. Do not upload payment-card, government ID, health or children's data by default. We may quarantine, suspend or remove content and preserve evidence for abuse or legal requests.

Platform subdomains and custom hostnames require plan entitlement, DNS/TLS verification and safe use. Public pages can be cached globally; deletion or suspension may require cache-purge time. Customer scripts and external links remain the customer's responsibility.

Prices, storage and point costs are shown on the Pricing page. Points keep eligible pages online for the period shown; free or unpaid content may expire. If Paddle is used, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and its checkout, tax, refund and buyer-support terms also apply. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund rights are described in our Refund Policy and mandatory law.

API tokens act like passwords. Store them securely, never commit them, and revoke exposed tokens. OAuth integrations are subject to their provider terms and request only the identity scopes needed for sign-in.

We provide the service on a commercially reasonable basis and may suspend it for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirement or material breach. Export content promptly after termination; deletion follows the Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA, subject to legal holds and security records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveKit is not responsible for user content, domains, scripts or external services. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding [12] months, except where law prohibits limitation. You will defend claims arising from your content, domains or unlawful use.
