Refunds

Clear cancellation and refund rules.

This policy explains how to cancel a recurring plan and request a refund for SaveKit charges.

Effective date: [DATE]Operator: [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (individual service provider trading as SaveKit)[OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (individual service provider trading as SaveKit) · [SERVICE ADDRESS / COUNTRY] · [COMPANY / REGISTRATION NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE]

This page is a launch draft. Configure the operator identity, service address, provider list, effective date and governing law before accepting paid customers.

Cancellation

Cancel from the billing portal or email [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains available unless suspended for abuse, fraud or non-payment.

Refund window

Our proposed launch policy accepts requests within 14 calendar days of the first paid subscription charge. Renewal charges, extra point purchases and consumed periods are normally non-refundable, except for billing errors, provider rules or mandatory consumer rights.

Paddle and buyer support

If Paddle is shown at checkout, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and may process refunds and chargebacks under its terms. Use the receipt's buyer-support channel or contact SaveKit; we will route the request to the correct party. Never send card numbers or identity documents.

How to request

Email [email protected] with the account address, order/receipt ID, plan and charge date. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days and may verify account ownership. Approved refunds may remove unused points and paid-plan entitlements.

Mandatory rights and changes

Nothing limits non-waivable rights under the law that applies to you. The version shown at checkout applies to that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
